Join us on another Meditation Adventure. With everything going on in the world, we would like to help you connect with yourself and reduce your anxiety/stress level. For this session, she will be focusing on mindfulness-based stress reduction meditation, which has been shown to be very helpful in reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and experience of physical pain.
You will learn tools for your daily living to help you reduce layers of thinking, interpreting, and habits that enhance anxiety and depression. If stress has you anxious, tense, and worried, consider trying meditation. Spending even a few minutes in meditation can connect you to your inner peace and feel calm.
Anyone can practice meditation. It is as simple as 1, 2, 3 and does not require any special equipment. You can practice meditation wherever and whenever you would like, whether you're out for a walk, riding the bus, waiting at the doctor's office or even in the middle of a difficult business meeting.
In this workshop Orli will share and teach a few techniques to reduce stress and anxiety using body scan practice, pranayama, and meditation. No previous experience is needed to take this workshop. You will leave this session calmed and relaxed like never before!
