A class designed to move mindfully through traditional Yoga poses increasing body awareness and strength, while exploring flexibility and balance in a safe way. We will also learn to combine movement with breath, bringing calm to the mind and enhancing our ability to focus.
This session will be an opportunity to move, breath and have fun as a family. It is designed for all ages (10+).
Jimena is Registered Yoga Instructor who has practiced yoga over 500 hours. Yoga is her passion for 15 years and with her vast amount of experience, she has been guiding classes for kids, adults, and seniors since 2015.

The practice of yoga asana (the postures and movement) is a great preparation for meditation as well as a beautiful bridge between the physical body and the mental, emotional and energy bodies. Through a practice like yoga asana or meditation we find a deeper connection with the more subtle layers in ourselves. Yoga will help enhance body awareness, strength, and flexibility. It will combine breaths with movements to bring awareness to present moment and help calm the mind. By doing so will improve memory and concentration.
