Chef Aviv was born in Montreal and raised in Israel.
Aviv started his culinary career in one of the top restaurants in Tel Aviv as a chef at Segev Moshe, where he had the opportunity to explore different techniques and styles of cuisine that would influence his own culinary experience. Soon after Aviv got married, he decided to move back to Canada and settled in Toronto.
In the past few years, Chef Aviv worked in a variety of restaurants, exploring different cuisines such as Cluny Bistro - one of the finest French-Canadian restaurants in the city.He has also worked in kosher restaurants and catering business and took a major part in the opening of the Mediterranean restaurant, O&B.
Today Chef Aviv works closely with his clients on bringing them a personal culinary experience for every occasion.
